Before you write in
- Tracking an order? Use the order tracking page — it is usually faster than we are.
- Want a batch certificate? Include the batch code printed on your bottle and we will send that batch's GC/MS report.
- Requesting a refund? Just say so and give us your order number. You don't need to return a used bottle, and we won't ask you why.
- Usage question? Check the FAQ first — dilution, timing, storage and safety are all covered there.
